Apple just released an update to Safari 4, and you can download Safari 4.0.5 right now by firing up Software Update, or by simply hitting the Safari product page and downloading it there. Barnes and Noble readying iPad app in time for launch →

Looks like Apple isn’t the only company looking to capitalize on the iPad hype in order to sell eBooks.
